While I do agree with this list, it feels like it's targeted to people who are 22 years old and have never worked professionally before. in 2020 and in 2021, more UX designers entered the workforce through career transition than they did straight from college, or straight from bootcamp immediately after college.

Most of us have worked professionally for years prior to getting into design, and our communication, collaboration, and general professional work mentality has already been locked down, voiding the need for mentioning about 30 of these things.
